What’s the go-to pal for Pokemon GO trainers in need of a real life buddy to take on their Pokejaunts? A cute and cuddly amigurumi plushie, of course. In my quest to catch ’em all, I rounded up three of the best free Pokemon crochet patterns – an Espeon, an Umbreon, a Charmander, and a rotund Jigglypuff.
So, what are you waiting for? Get the hooking started.
Who wouldn’t want to work up this cute little pair of evolved Eevees? The full crochet patterns for both the Espeon and the Umbreon are free to use over at 53 stitches. Along with your chosen yarn, you’ll need a 3.0mm crochet hook, safety eyes, and some felt.
This pattern is available on Ravelry, so you’ll need to sign in to access this cute Charmander crochet pattern. If you’re not familiar with Ravelry, it’s a place for knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners, and dyers to keep track of their yarn, tools, projects, and pattern information. It’s probably the most likely place we crocheters look to for ideas and inspiration. Furthermore, it’s FREE.
Since you’re headed that way anyway, you can find me on Ravelry here 😉
This little Pokemon cutie by Linda Potts is worked in rounds and you’ll need a size F hook (see my crochet hook conversion chart for UK hook sizes). Please note that you won’t be able to sell your makes from this pattern, it’s for personal use only.
I hope you liked the free Pokemon crochet patterns I found. If you’ve crocheted any of the featured patterns, I’d love you to let me know how you got on by leaving a comment, below. Also, if you know of any other noteworthy Pokemon crochet patterns, let me know as I may be doing another Pokemon post soon.
